还有一个问题我一直不明白. 如果他们在这边办成了移民后, 听说要从Bufflo入境一下激活LP. 但要去Bufflo还要办美国签证吧, 是不是很难?

people go to the bridge, through Canadian checkpoint, cross the central line and back, get the landing procedure done. no vias needed.
